Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • We offer shipping via USPS with the following options:

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

3. Free Shipping:

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

4. International Shipping:

  • At this time we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Chatham Cellular Computer Repair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns and Refunds:

  • For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our [Return Policy page]. We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

8. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must submit a return authorization request prior to returning your item.  We will refuse any products returned without prior authorization.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Chatham Cellular Computer Repair reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any returned items that have no defects upon return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
